We intend this site to be rated PG-13, not rated X. Occasional obscene language and partially nude art are allowed. Pornography is not allowed. If you want to use foul language, consider requesting a private group discussion area.

Nerd Louisville is committed to diversity, so do not disparage any race, sex, religious beliefs, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or sexual identity. Hate speech of any type will not be tolerated. Try to be supportive of all your fellow nerds.

Roles we still need filled that I don't have time to do anymore:
Event Liaison - Reach out to conventions and local events to see if NL can send a rep via press/media pass to take photos and/or do coverage for social media.
Sponsor Liaison - Keep in touch with our sponsors, attend to their needs, assist them in events and other projects, encourage them to support us. Also, recruit new sponsors and develop plans for new ways to incorporate sponsors into our mission.
If you or someone you know is interested in filling these roles, please let me know.
Please take a few minutes to fill out a brief survey regarding this year’s Nerdlouvia. You aren’t required to answer every question, but the more data we have, the better we can plan an awesome con that everyone enjoys! At the very least, please use this survey to mark your interest in going. We know tickets last year sold out very quickly, and we intend to expand capacity, but we need to know by how much. Please comment with any questions and the Nerdlouvia Director will reach out to you with answers. Thank you!
Nerd Louisville is running low on T-shirts, so we are about to order more. Now is the best time to donate for a T-shirt, because we can make sure to include your desired color and size in our order. Normally we offer black or red T-shirts, but if you donate at least $15 before Monday December 12, you can request a shirt that's blue, purple, orange, green - any dark color (the logo is white).
